Spokane County Library District has free summer programs and an online reading challenge for kids, tweens, teens, and families filled with adventure, comedy, extreme science, magic, and mythological tales. SCLD programs for kids are tons of fun with learning built in!

The Lions' Club created a video to highlight 45 Medical Lake School District students recognized by teachers and staff for their commitment to the Medical Lake community and serve as examples of the Lions' motto, “We Serve," within the district.

PURPLE UP ON APRIL 15!
Held on April 15 of each year, “Purple Up! For Military Kids” is a day for Department of Defense Education Activity communities to wear purple to show support and thank military children for their strength and sacrifices.

At this time, only Michael Anderson Elementary is taking transitional kindergarten applications.
